A Chinese deity, Xian Tian was a giant and faithful follower of Emperor Yán. His master was defeated by The Yellow Emperor and so Xian Tian followed his master into exile. After Chi You, another leader seeking to defeat the Yellow Emperor, was executed, Xian Tian took up a shield and ax and challenged The Yellow Emperor to a duel.
After a long fight, the Emperor tricked Xian Tian and cut off his head. THe head rolled into the ChángYáng Mountain and was buried. After stumbling around looking for his head for a while, Xian Tian gave up and instead used his nipples as eyes and his belly button as a mouth so that he could continue to fight the emperor.
